Plan:MK

TBRA has only concerned itself with the housing and community sections of Plan:MK. Several members attended a useful MKC Housing Committee which reviewed this section, and spoke. Following that, TBRA submitted information for consultation.

We were then dismayed to find, in the version presented to MKC for approval, that minimal notice had been taken of our points, and of those of the Housing committee. As it was passed at that stage, we could only appeal to the examiner of the plan, who is concerned with the plan being legal, rather than the details of the contents.

Following our appeal to the examiner, an email was received on 24 May, telling us the hearing sessions will begin on 10th July 2018, and requiring a response by 22 June.
